General Fit Guidance
- Preloved shoes may have stretched slightly with wear — if between sizes, consider sizing down half a size.
- Sneakers & trainers generally run true to size. If you have wide feet, size up half a size.
- Leather shoes & boots may feel snug at first but will soften and mould to your foot over time.
- Sandals & open-toe styles — go with your measured cm length for the most accurate fit.
- Kids' shoes — allow about 1 cm of growing room from the tip of the longest toe.
